Director-at-Large
There are 13 voting positions within the Club.
If a person holds more than Officer position within the Club, that person only has one (1) vote.
(For example, Treasurer and Funding Director are held by the same person, that person only has 1 vote)
A Director-at-Large is needed to be elected to ensure that there are 13 different people on the Board with 13 different votes.
