Dear Florence County Blue Ox Trail Riders Member and Supporter,
The Blue Ox Trail Riders Club would like to purchase a Limb Beaver LB 4TR attachment to help maintain the Florence County trail system. The cost of the LB4 TR is $22,500 and can be mounted on any of our four tractors.
The past two winters, lack of snow, has put a financial strain on our organization and we do not want to pursue a loan to finance this purchase. Also with our aging membership we do not have the manpower to brush the trails by hand.
This piece of equipment would equal 20 members out clearing brush for a day in one hour.
Our fundraising plan is simple, no raffle tickets or prizes, just plain old asking for a donation. We have almost 200 members, so just a donation of $100 from each member would put us well on our way.
If you can only donate a little, that is just as helpful, and more is always appreciated.
All donations will go directly to the purchase of LB 4TR attachment.
